DrinkTech Expo Poland and Bakery Tech Poland 2026 – the heart of food industry innovation beat at Ptak Warsaw Expo
Modern production technologies, process automation, and solutions responding to the challenges of today's food market came together in one place during DrinkTech Expo Poland and Bakery Tech Poland 2026. On June 9-11, Ptak Warsaw Expo brought together producers, technologists, machine suppliers, and experts, creating one of the most important places for exchanging knowledge and business experience for the food sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
DrinkTech Expo Poland focused on technologies for the beverage and liquid food industry. Visitors could explore modern processing, bottling, packaging, and water treatment systems. Among the exhibitors were MOESCHLE POLSKA, MICRO MATIC, ALASKA WATER, and Dar Ogrodu, presenting solutions that increase production efficiency and the quality of final products. Bakery Tech Poland was held in parallel, becoming a platform for presenting the latest technologies for bakeries and confectioneries. Companies such as LORNIX, CEBEA, LABEL PRINTER, FLOW360 and IGLOO showcased production machines, packaging systems, logistics solutions, and technologies supporting food safety and process automation.
The importance of the fairs was also emphasized by industry patrons, including Związek Polskich Przetwórców Mleka, KRGIC, Klub Szefów Kuchni, BCU and Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Szefów Kuchni i Cukierni.. Thanks to their involvement, the events became not only a space for product presentations, but also a place where the development directions of the entire industry were set.
